What is included in a Physical?

Goals Healthcare's Physical may include a series of screening tests that will reflect our assessment of your specific medical needs, health services, Goals for future visits and progress points to remain on top of your health. This includes a mental health check and nutrition counseling.

On average most patients receive a once a year physical and an end of the year follow up. For others, it can be 3 to 6 times per year you may like office and virtual appointments. After your first visit a customized treatment plan with suggested follow ups will be provided.
