How does the telehealth/telemedicine service work?
Once you receive our telemedicine instructions you can text, call or email Dr. Levine to stay on top of your health Goals from the comfort of your phone, tablet, iPad or computer.
We try to answer everyone’s questions as efficiently as possible. We ask for 12-hours from the time of your question before you receive a reply. This allows us to provide personalized responses, but we will always do our best to respond as soon as possible.

Will my current health insurance cover any part of these membership costs?
Your health insurance may be used for receiving prescriptions written by Goals Healthcare and all labs covered by your current health insurance plan. We also provide referrals to specialists in your network. Unfortunately the monthly/yearly membership fees are often not covered by insurance or HSA’s. Please call your health insurance company for more information about your plan.
Do I have to be in New York to sign up for a telemedicine membership?
Yes.
Can I receive medications through telemedicine?
Yes. Dr. Shanna Levine can prescribe your medications through telemedicine following 1 visit in our New York City office. Travel arrangements for out-of-state patients can be arranged by Goals Healthcare by calling (212) 389-9497 or emailing Support@GoalsHealthcare.com
Is this health insurance?
No. This is not health insurance.
Goals Healthcare memberships provide coverage to those who have no insurance and additional services to those who feel their current health insurance coverage does not provide adequate care or find our memberships cheaper than their current monthly/copay/surprise bill plan.
Does my membership begin immediately?
Memberships begin once your first payment is made and all forms are completed and approved by Goals Healthcare.
How long does my membership last?
All memberships are on a recurring 12-month billing cycle.
Are memberships refundable?
Unfortunately they are non-refundable and are calculated on a yearly basis to ensure time and resources are allocated for your membership. All billing cycles are based on a 12-month membership agreement at sign-up.
How do I pay for my membership?
Memberships are automatically billed monthly using our secure online checkout.
